Digital Banking Upgrade

Digital Banking with Pennian Bank

We've launched a brand-new and improved digital banking platform!

On March 9, 2022, we upgraded your digital banking experience so you can bank from anywhere, anytime, on any device.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume, due to the transition. We appreciate your patience when you call into our Customer Care Center.

Our new system is a unified experience, allowing for just one log-in area for online banking on the top of our homepage, as well as only one app to be downloaded. There are no separate areas for business and consumer, allowing for a better user experience.

If you currently have the online banking login page bookmarked, please be sure to update it with the NEW login page.

Secure Access Code Delivery

We will be sending a Secure Access Code to either your phone number or email on file. This code will allow you to log into the new system, which is why it's important we have your most current information on file.

  • Secure Access Codes can only be delivered to direct lines (no extensions.)
  • For emailed Secure Access Codes, please check your junk mail folder in case it was marked as spam.
Important Information to Note

The following items will NOT carry over to the new system:
- Customer account nicknames
- External account transfers
- Recurring transfers
- Alerts
Please be sure to click the Menu in the new platform and update your security settings. You can do this by selecting Settings>Security Preferences>Secure Delivery.
